SVR’S ANNUAL HOLIDAY TEA & FUNDRAISER

This annual event combines shopping and charity…every penny raised goes to Literacy Pro, a national organization that promotes literacy. Last year we raised over $1000! Let’s beat that in 2007!

Throughout the year, SVR collects donated items (white elephant, previously gifted, gently used, hand-made crafts, home décor, gift baskets, homemade goodies, electronics, you name it) and holds a silent auction on the first Saturday in December. This event is held at the University Park Clubhouse (link).Plenty of time for you to do holiday shopping. This is competitive shopping at its best.

This is also when we honor the great group of volunteers who make our chapter run so smoothly. So come on out and celebrate the season, SVR, and shop ‘til you drop!
